Cambria Studios was a small company, best known for their series Clutch Cargo, which, in turn, is best remembered for the Synchro-Vox system of superimposing actual human lips onto the cartoon characters as they spoke. If you have never seen it, it's hard to explain and if you ever saw it, you won't forget.
Unique, too, was their use of "motorized movement" to animate their cartoons. This involved the use camera tricks and the physical movement of elements within the frame as opposed to traditional cel animation. The limitation of this type of animation was greatly helped by the artwork supplied by Toth and company.
